The item arrived in perfect condition and in good time; it corresponds to the description. I've already used it a couple of times for carrying a 13 kg child and it really lifts the weight out of the upper arms - I like the product.My only comment is that the Velcro could have been wider, for a more safer feeling while carrying the child.

It does really work for my toddler and me: it is light and strong and generally very well made compared to more expensive similar products.We have used it only a couple of times and -at the moment - it seems we have no problems with its design or construction.We do recommend it if your toddler is too heavy to be carried on your arms for longer than a few minutes. This product really has made it easy for us.

Really like this product. Would have got 5 stars but for the fact that it makes you quite sweaty when wearing it.Would have preferred a version in black as when you're wearing it but not actually carrying your child it can look a bit odd unless you carefully choose what else you are wearing that day. A zip pocked would also have been good but for the price you can't argue.
