It is definitely not waterproof. Not much difference between these and regular pants. It is made out of cloth fabric. No overlying nylon material to prevent pee from soaking through.

Pants but cute, 13 Aug. 2015
They took a while to arrive. There was no communication about them taking so long 3weeks.The pants are not as waterproof as I would like them to be. They are not secured around the leg area enough to hold solids or even worse liquids. The only thing that was good is that they are cotton and cute pictures on the back.

Great training pants, for minor accidents. They would not be able to absorb anything more than that and they are not waterproof. Fun colours and designs for toddlers!
