It's pearl.. of course there's going to be glitter (writing to the other reviewers in U.S who've also reviewed this), I researched it after I bought it, looked it up on Google rather than on here, this is just a seller, you should do your re-search on products before you buy them and then give people negativity feedback, I can talk yes, I didn't research it before I bought it.**Tried it out for weeks (hence why I'm writing this now) and like ELF, it works! it's just a different shade of colour, with colour ontop you can't see it!! and for the people who may think the glitter gets everywhere, it only does that if you apply WAY too much. You only need a slight dab. It looks great as a stand alone colour, and shimmers well with another white colour placed ontop.**

Was in need of a new eye primer, usually use urban decay but had to wait another two weeks for the one I wanted so I decided to give this a try to tide me over. I was pleasantly surprised. Keeps my eyeshadow on all day and has not caused any bad reaction to my eye. It is slightly shimmery which I didn't quite like but after your eye shadow is on you can't even tell. Overall good product.

held my eyeshadow on as far as i can tell but the applicator was very dry (unsure whether that is because it is old or the product is made like that) and also a very big factor of disappointment for me was the huge sparkly dry chunks of glitter in it. i hate sparkly eyeshadows for everyday wear and it was just too much all over the lid.
