size: L 81-117cm size: XL 88-128cm Material: Polyester fiber, latex silk, silk Usage: Wrap the abdominal lift attachment around your waist. Position the pad so it is centered and under the abdomen. Attach the belt to the pad and pull both elastic sides until the desired tension and attach the closure to the abdominal pad. To help keep the support in place and keep from sliding down, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach to the opposite side for even greater lift and support, with the support on, lay on your back with your knees up.

A little bit difficult to know how to wear it at he beginning but after having reviewed the picture again it was quite simple to figure it out. I wish I had bought it earlier as has been suffering from a lot of back and hip pain and this belt completely takes the pain away. I sometimes even just wear it without the top strap as it is a little more comfortable like that and still does the job of balancing the weight of my belly! I have it in my bag to out it on at work during the day when the back pain returns!! Highly recommend!!! Don't listen to all the comments saying how difficult it is to know how to wear it and no instructions as it is quite straight forward after looking at this picture!!
