Great item, I usually put it after my daughter falls asleep. My daughter is 3 and is still in a car seat, everytime when she sleeps her head just dangles all over the place. It is made of very soft material and strap is adjustable, the headband actually a very simple design and works really well. We went on a vacation which is about 3 hours of driving, my little one fell asleep and we used the head support, she got a very nice rest.
