This arrived yesterday and it was well packaged and looks great. It would make a fabulous gift for a baby shower unless you need it yourself of course, in which case you would not let it go as it's very smart - an important factor as it will most likely sit on your kitchen worktop for some considerable time - and is also very efficient and easy to use.
I love the fact that it uses steam for sterisation and not the typical soaking your baby's items in water, albeit with a sterilising capsule. I hate the idea of bottles etc sitting in water for any length of time and although the sterilising capsules should counterac any bacteria floating about in the water I feel that adding chemicals is simply swapping one negative for another. This unit steams them which for me is simply the most efficient way to go. It only takes 6 mins so you don't need copious amounts of bottles etc so you always have one ready, simply use, rinse & steam. perfect
No chemicals, no soaking, no time...
