If the pack is not hot enough, microwave at 30 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. 4. Carefully drain the water in the container and remove the gel pack with a towel. 5. Test the gel pack first before use. If the unit is too hot, allow it to cool before using! STOVE TOP; 1. Bring pan of water to boil and remove from heat. 2. Place the gel pack in hot water for 8-10 minutes. DO NOT BOIL THE GEL PACK DIRECTLY . 3. Carefully drain the water in the container and remove the gel pack with a towel. 4. Test the gel pack first before use. If the unit is too hot, allow it to cool before using. COLD THERAPY Relief from; toothache, swelling, fever, headaches Instructions for use; Place gel pack into a freezer for 2 hours. The gel pack will remain flexible even when frozen.
